You might give your Fellow resume tips, mock interviews, salary negotiation advice, and more. The exact help you provide will depend on where your Fellow is in the job process and their biggest pain points.
Be there for your Fellow
Vantaged does not play middleman, so you and your Fellow can talk, text, email, or video call whenever you please. Think of yourself as your Fellow’s personal coach to make the job hunt less opaque, less daunting, and more enjoyable.
